Pastor Daniel and his wife Julie met while attending Delanco Camp as teenagers. They both graduated from Eastern University and were married shortly after. They have 4 daughters Abigail, Elsie, Iris, and Ophelia. Daniel graduated from Palmer Seminary with a Masters of Divinity Degree. He grew up in Sicklerville United Methodist Church and worked there after college as the Director of Youth and Young Adults Ministry for 7 years before moving to Lord of Lords as the Associate Pastor. In the beginning of 2020 Dan became lead pastor.
While working at SUMC, Dan and Julie experienced a similar revival of truth and spirit as they began to understand the message of grace and how it was a life-giving revelation. They came to work alongside Lord of Lords Church in bringing this Good News to Ocean County. Daniel has a passion for youth and young adults as well as worshiping God through music. He enjoys spending time with his girls, watching movies with his wife, playing guitar and drums, and rooting for Philadelphia sports.
Pastor B. Dayle Tate and his wife Valerie are graduates of Penn State University and are parents of four grown kids (All four are married and they have 11 grandchildren). He is graduate of Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and was Ordained as an Elder in the United Methodist Church (UMC). In the UMC Pastor Tate served 17 years in two churches. He is the founding pastor of Lord of Lords Bible Community Church.
Pastor Tate’s emphasis in ministry is grace in the power of God to set free, heal, and deliver from the curse of the Law. We received, found, and the door was opened to us when we became born again. We are called to the same ministry by the same Spirit, for the same reasons that Jesus ministered.
Pastor Tate is a life learner and readily admits he's just gotten the memo (six years ago) about putting away the law and living only to newness of life (Rom. 7:6). Grace and the law cannot be mixed it is causing Christ to be of no effect in our life (Gal. 5:1-4). This has become a great source of comfort to realize that in Christ the judgment of the law is gone--there is no condemnation. He emphasizes that is not about our love for God but about His love for us. We need to see, recognize, embrace, and abide in His love--that is the essence of grace.
Julie Ulrich has a passion for Jesus and for families of all shapes and sizes. She is a math teacher at Southern Regional Middle School. Julie believes growing up in the church, serving as a teenager, volunteering alongside her husband Dan in youth and young adult groups, mission trips in and out of the country, planning outreach events, working as a middle and high school mathematics teacher, and becoming a mom of four littles have all helped prepare her for this role at Lord of Lords church. She believes that we become more of who we are meant to be in Christ by spending time with Him and in serving Him. She hopes that the creativity, message, and giving nature all church family events point to who Jesus is, how much He loves us, and to His never ending supply of grace
